If your sewing machine has been sitting unused because you’re unsure how to thread it or sew confidently, this session is designed for you. Our Understanding Your Sewing Machine workshop is a relaxed, beginner-friendly way to learn the basics and build confidence at your own pace.

This 2-hour sewing session allows you to bring your own sewing machine, or use one of ours by prior arrangement. We will work through your machine manual step by step, covering threading, settings and basic stitching. By the end of the session, you’ll have the confidence to sew independently and complete a simple project such as a small bag or bunting.
